PHOTO UPLOAD TROUBLE?
Yes, Photos are tricky because we don’t have a way to have the system automatically resize them to meet the requirements of upload. So the submitter needs to work a bit harder to get them through the limited photo size threshold door. I know this is a pain…
When I have the same problem I too try cropping them first … but if that doesn’t work…
1) I take the photos and email them to myself choosing “Small” when the email program asks how I want to send them.
2) I save the newly emailed files to my library on the phone or on the computer.
3) I try again to submit them with a News post.
That along with cropping usually works.
