Need some new family recipes to sample during your stay at home?

Dear Family and Friends,
Many of you have been telling me for years to put down at least some of the recipes I have learned from others, created myself and prepared over the years for many of you. So, when my son Bernie saw that sign, “Cucina Del Re” that his Uncle Dan Mariano brought me back from Italy one year he saw the time was right. I only agreed after he said he would include the small print, “si declina ogni responsabilita”. So, here we go! No promises, and “si declina ogni responsabilita”.
Bernie tells me if you “Like” the page then you will know when I post a new one. I don’t know how that happens but I believe my eldest son, so go ahead and “Like” my Cucina di Rosa Maiorano Re” page.
Assaggiare per credere (si declina ogni responsabilita) Now go cook something!
